E3 2018: Elder Scroll VI announced at E3 2018

Along with the reveal of Fallout 76, Bethesda also had two more games. One of that is the Elder Scrolls VI which has been avoided by Bethesda for years.

Maybe avoided is not the right word. Simply put, TES VI has been, in the last few years, adamant about the follow-up to the TES series is put on shelf for a while. This is understandable since they have been working for their first new IP in 25 years in Starfield.

The reveal was just brief but sweet. So far, here are the things that we know about TES VI.

Expected Release Date

The short answer is years from now. By Bethesda's timeline, it may come after Starfield. However, Starfield also has no release date yet. Assuming that they don't start the development of TES 6 until Starfield is done. So the safest best we can do is around 2020.

TES VI Setting and Location

In the map of Tamriel, the regions of Hammerfell, High Rock, Morrowind, Cyrodill and Skyrim has already been explored. This leaves the regions of Summerset Isle, Valenwood, Elsweyr, and Black Marsh. Black Marsh is pretty notable since this is the home the High Elves, Wood Elves, Khajiit and Argonians. The remaining region is also consisting of major parts of the Aldmeri Dominion which is a union of elvenkind that is hell bent in ruling over everything they can.

However, Summerset Isle has already been recently included in the Elder Scroll's Online. So that could eliminate that in our choices. Elsweyr is the next best choice if we limit it in the borders of Tamriel. Overseas location is also not out of the question since they can also choose to move to the exotic continent of Akavir which houses races such as the vampiric Tsaeci and the Snow Demons of Kamal.

So what do you think guys? Where do you want to go in the TES VI?
