Giannis earned the nickname "Greek Freak" for more than a couple of reasons. First is the obvious which is his country of origin, Greece. The "Freak" part is due to the combo of his stature with great height and long arms and great basketball skills that can rival a guard. He is 6 feet 11 inches with an 87-inch wingspan.

He was the first player to finish in the top 20 for all of the 5 major statistical category including total points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks. He also earned awards including All-Rookie Second Team, NBA All-Defensive Second Team, All-NBA Second Team and Most Improved Player.

He is already an elite NBA star at just the age of 23 years old. Pre-ordering the NBA 2K19 Standard edition will bag you the Sapphire MyTeam Card featuring Giannis, 10 MyTeam Packs, and 5,000 VC.

The cover itself features a photo of Giannus with graffiti behind him with phrases such as "Greek Freak", "Fear the Dear", "Father's Legacy" and "Athens".
