Dante is set to comeback with another installment of the popular series Devil May Cry. DMC 5 was unveiled by Capcom at E3 2018 and slated for an April 2019 release. Devil May Cry 5 There was an trailer shown at E3 and it said that it was scheduled for a "Spring 2019" release date. However, Capcom's investors narrowed it more to until before the end of March 2019. That confirms that it is indeed coming on Spring. Hideaki Itsuno is also making a return. He directed DMC 3, DMC 4, and Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen. He was present at the E3 presentation along with producer Matt Walker. They assured fans that Devil May Cry 5 is a proper sequel to DMC 4. Nero is one of the three playable characters DMC 5 will have three playable characters including Nero and Dante who were both showcased at the trailer. The third character is still a mystery though.
